Beckett, waiting for Godot, The Ukraine and The Words of Salvation

 Peace, the just war, the image on TV, they alone, the ideas in the head, the follies of humanity, the sown thoughts, is this what you want to reveal, the cause, the reason, the ideas that get in the head, stop and think, the stress so many are under, the TV. For thousands of years, the climate of war, the next just one, the story of the mid centuries, the religious wars, the fear it creates, the women and children, the first victims, will we lose a brother father or will be be safe, this is angst, the old castles, the Moat, the Bailey, the protection, the insider, the thief, the loss of trust, the career minded, those that abide by the rules, regardless, knowing they will be rewarded, the reason, themselves, the ideas, your serving the country, well done, the huge number of betrayals, the list of them, Irish Independence, the long line of men, who sold out their brethren, living by the rules, does stupidity ever stop, the emotional stories, if only this, then the repeat of this and that, the way our minds are tapped, as if we could think for ourselves, and those that keep on saying, you must live by the rules, when those that know how to manipulate them are the very ones who create them in the first place, and know, this senseless war, call it what it is, senseless, the preacher, using the holy verses, to justify, what, when the Gospels of Jesus are shown to be true, where all thoughts must be compassion, mercy, thoughtfulness, this is the time of revelations, and so we ask,. do we still live by rules, sort it out, the use of propaganda to justify, the sown ideas, it's time to step back, and think, this is not the image we want to present, but the reality is, the times such as these, are they an effort by some to justify armed actions under the pretense, that G-D somehow approves, respect, the Father wants us to be compassionate

, this is not the picture many are hearing, Beckett stopped, what a blast, amen.

Eternity Now

 The signs, the cloud, the prophecies, the last few years, the words of Ezekiel, the words of Isaiah, the time of Jesus, there are many ways to interpret these times, but the truth of the holy words are not in doubt, and this is a new world, and a better place to bring up children, so the hope goes. The weakness of Mother nature, seen in the decline in species, the need for a green revolution, the new electric car environment, the threat from space rock, etc, has a meaning for all of us, and while many are asleep as to the changes, it's wise to rethink the world, and your place in it. The ancient words are words of deliverance, it;'s not the doom and gloom many try to spin on it, as if, that's the same as the robber complaining that the cops are on the way, as if it's trouble, of course trouble for those whose plans are evil, full stop. The battle we all face is personal, how we see the world, how we adopt the eternal truth of Jesus, do we practice what we encourage others to practice, or as Jesus says, the words you can follow, but their own habits you best ignore, a phrase on many lips when they think of the trust they have lost in some who lead us, if only they read the Gospel themselves, and we'd all realize, they are just complainers, the truth having been written with them in mind, those that would try to find fault in the representatives of God, it's there in black and white, a point never argued or debated. So the signs are here, there is confusion, as Leonard Cohen wrote, out there, there is a huge spiritual thirst, and many false prophets will appear in order to confuse people and take advantage, gladly, we are warned in advance, so hold on, trust in the Gospels first, they are true and proved, and are not a shopping boutique of clothes, the words are there to be practiced not removed, by those whose personal habits they don't want outing, better to move on. How are we to proceed in these times, in short, see your faith, through the words of the Gospels first, they will help all who truly believe

to interpret their own mountain gear as they say, there are many graces, and the practice of them is ongoing, so don't be alarmed, God Most High is called merciful, generous, compassionate for those reasons, and is much more, and checks the motives of all, so there is no worries, act in good faith, listen to Jesus first, amen.

corona virus space and all of us

Our biggest worry, the harm we can do, our biggest threat, the words we use, the door closes, alone in your head, no distractions, can you live with yourself. The shops are closed, the gym is out, what will I do with my time, what about my work, the worries rise, our worries, is there anything we can do about it.
Turn the mind back, to another time, the earth shook, the panic in the hearts, what's happening to us. The man of sorrows on the cross, he was divine they realize, how will we cope with this, tears of despair, how could we allow this, the reflection.
Imagine all those witch hunts, those great causes we thought, voices trying to out do each other, everyone trying to make sense, using crisis after crisis, to get ahead, one over on the rest of us, how clever we thought, then the Corona virus arrives, and we suddenly have time to think about it.
Get up and start again, lessons learned, we need space to think. we can't hitch our lives to the next great panic.

Solomon encountered the Holy Spirit, it came with many gifts, put your trust in me He Said, and everything will be all right. Imagine the sort of inner space you need, for the loving Spirit to be able to reside inside you, imagine the reward for those who are prepared to make that effort. Do you want to expose yourself to every sort of fear, when you can live in peace instead, amen.
